Dear Parents/Guardians of Heritage Students:                                                                      

Thank you for your continued support of Heritage Athletics. We look forward to welcoming your students to the 2025-26 school year.  Following you will find important athletic related information for the upcoming school year. 

Important Dates: 

• August 4 – FALL sport parent meeting at 7 PM in the Heritage Vasher Theater
• August 11 - Fall sports tryouts/practices begin for all fall sports – schedule attached 
• August 19 – First day of school
• October 3 - Homecoming game and parade
• October 27 - Winter sports tryouts/practices begin - start dates vary by sport
• February 7 – HAWKTION – Yearly Athletics Fundraiser – MARK YOUR CALENDAR
• March 9 – Spring sports tryouts/practices begin for all spring sports

FINAL FORMS

All students interested in participating in Heritage sports MUST have a FinalForms account.  Your FinalForms account must include a current physical conducted on or after April 15, 2025.  Instruction on how to get started as well as a blank physical form have been attached to this email for your convenience.  

Once registered you may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any changes/updates. Instructions and a blank physical are attached for your convenience. To begin or update go to :   https://saginaw-mi.finalforms.com/

A once per school year, non-refundable $100 Athletic Registration Fee is due from each student athlete.  Payments are due by: Sept. 12 for fall sports, Dec. 12 for winter sports (if not yet paid), and Apr. 12 for spring sports (if not yet paid). 

Heritage Athletic Association (HHSAA):  The HHSAA exists to promote, foster, encourage and support the Heritage athletic programs.  Volunteering with the HHSAA is a great way to get involved and support Heritage Athletics. You can reach the HHSAA via email at hhsaa@stcs.org.  In addition, we encourage you to mark your calendars for the annual “Hawktion” at Horizons in Saginaw on Saturday, February 15, 2025.  

Heritage Athletic Passes (good for all regular HOME events) 

All athletic passes are found online and can be purchased here:  gofan.co (search for Heritage High School Saginaw). There is an online fee to purchase.

• Family Pass - $150 includes 2 adults and their kids through 8th 
• Adult Pass - $75 good for the adult listed on purchased pass only
• Student Pass - $50 good for Heritage student only – current student ID required to enter 

Admission Fee for Regular Home Events:  $6 (+ online fee) and must be purchased online at gofan.co (search for Heritage High School Saginaw) or in person at events with a debit/credit card.  Cash is not accepted. 

Our expectation is that our parents will set a positive example with good sportsmanship. Please help us create a positive atmosphere for all individuals participating and attending events. You can assist by asking people to cheer in a positive manner or informing event staff of problems or poor sportsmanship.
