The Winter 2024-25 Heritage Sports season is fast approaching. 

As a reminder, all students interested in trying out/participating must have a completed FinalForms account including a current physical uploaded.  To be current, a physical must be dated on or after April 15, 2024.  Attached for your convenience are step by step instructions to create a FinalForms account as well as an MHSAA physical form.  Be sure to select the sport(s) the student is interested in in FinalForms so they are visible to the proper coaches.
